How it works

The residential lab is based on the teamwork of small groups of participants who bring their own project to work on. Each team will be led by an internationally seasoned supervisor, and will also include lectures and one-on-one consultations.

Prior to the residential lab, online consultation with the mentor will take place via a Skype session. This is to ensure a mentors is familiar with your project and that you receive a series of questions and feedback before you join the lab.

After the residential workshops, your project will be presented for feedback to a three-member international expert panel composed of producers and distributors.

Lab includes

  • Storytelling lectures by an accomplished animation story mentor
  • Professional supervision and consulting of your projects
  • Team collaboration with your colleagues and the mentor
  • Storyboard students available to each team upon request.
